All prescriptions are issued and dispensed by qualified, registered healthcare professionals.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United Kingdom, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You must complete our medical questionnaire honestly and in full. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
Weight loss medications will only be prescribed where clinically indicated, based on your BMI, medical history, and suitability as assessed by our pharmacist prescriber. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a GPhC registered pharmacist prescriber following a clinical assessment. A prescription will only be issued if it is considered safe and appropriate for you individually.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third parties. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our clinical discretion, including where new medical information comes to light.
You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before placing or repeating an order.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly before you complete a purchase. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability, though we use reliable tracked delivery services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier disruptions or incorrect delivery details provided by you. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and patient safety requirements.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or NHS care. We provide a supplementary clinical service and do not hold your full medical record. Always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately. If you have urgent health concerns that fall outside the scope of our service, please contact NHS 111.
